Pre breakfast meditation. This is the time to do your main daily meditation session - if you are an early riser.

While you are washing, imagine that you are washing away all your worries and negative thoughts. If you have a morning bath or shower, visualize all that dirty energy going right down the plug hole.

Put on something loose or your special meditation clothes. Either do the standard foundation meditation or try this one with a mantra, which is fantastically energizing.
